The Cousins

Over the past few months, we’ve squeezed in a few visits with the boys cousins. 

In June, we went over to Matthew and Andrew’s house for the day. The boys swam, jumped on the trampoline with a sprinkler, and ate pizza. 

We had a Farmhouse weekend and a swimming day with Beckett, Brooks and Liam. 

At the end of the Farmhouse weekend, Beckett came to spend a few nights with us. It was the first time we’ve had a cousin sleepover, and the boys had so much fun. Beckett slept on a pallet first in Lucas’ room, then Brayden’s. We played outside, and one day we took him to the farm in Pettytown. 

In June, we also took trip to Hondo and went to the Frio with Anna, Megan and Lane. One morning in Hondo, I took the kids for a walk to the big tank. 

This month, Aunt Kelsey brought Liam over for a cousin sleepover. Although we couldn’t swim, we visited the park, walked on the river walk, and played outside with trucks. 

And last but not least, we met our newest cousin, Gracie, at the end of June (she was born June 15). The boys were immediately smitten with her and I barely got to hold her at all, with them passing her around.
