We spent our 4th of July at the Watterson picnic, per tradition. Of course it was hot, but it was a lot of fun. The boys were excited that Matthew came and joined them in the parade! We brought their tricycles to ride, but once they saw Matthew was getting pulled in a wagon, they abandoned the tricycles and hopped in. Matthew was not too excited about Brayden squishing him, but he was a good sport.
Justin was off for 4 days and Rachel came to town, too, so it was a lovely long weekend. We went on a date 4th of July evening and watched a movie. Friday, Memaw took the boys all day and Justin and I spent the whole day bringing in baby gear, organizing, cleaning and getting ready for baby Lucas!
