The Saturday before Thanksgiving we got together with Julia, Eli and Savannah. Jeremiah had to work and Joanna was sick, so we were missing a few warm bodies.
Aunt Becky had planned to cook for us, but at the last minute Mumu came down with something, so we hung out at our house.
It was freezing!! But the kids needed to blow off some energy, so we bundled them up and sent them out the door. Justin had cut up a dead tree earlier in the morning, and strategically placed it in the backyard so that it resembled a fort. So the kids broke out their swords and played ninjas/pirates/superheroes (Brayden kept shouting "I saved the day!"). Then we played a round of red light green light before they had to go. It was such a fun day with cousins!
