We got there late Thursday night. Friday morning was lazy, and after the boys nap we took the them to the beach. They had fun chasing the birds and playing in the sand. The adults weren't too impressed with the beach, so Saturday we decided not to go back. Instead, Justin, Rachel and I took the boys to the Railroad museum while Amy and Rick walked the Strand.
At the Railroad museum we walked inside old, restored trains and even got to ride one! The boys had a good time. Then we met up with Rick and Amy and looked at some of the stores, including an old ice cream parlor. Uncle Rick bought the boys some Buttered Pecan and they were in heaven. Saturday night Memaw stayed with the boys while we went out on the town, listened to some music and played pool.
Over the weekend we cooked and just hung out, and it was good to be together. I have lots more pictures on my real camera that I need to upload!
